It goes without saying that Alan Rickman is usually associated with one particular franchise when discussing his supernatural roles. That really grinds my gears. His performance as the true voice of God in Dogma was way more interesting.The character has a great cynical quality.No genitals so no funny business to worry about.In the face of certain oblivion he suggests everyone should just get drunk.Just wish the movie was more accessible.
