Are there are any foreign movies where the Americans are portrayed as the evil bad guys the same way American movies have portrayed foreigners such as the Communists in Red Dawn or North Koreans in Olympus Has Fallen?

So many of American action films are about the resilient US forces conquering the evil foreigners, whether it was Red Dawn, Rambo, Indiana Jones & the Crystal Skull, Top Gun, Rocky IV, on and on. I always wondered, "How do people in that country view this movie? Why would they even want to watch themselves portrayed this way?"So that got me thinking... are there any movies that flip the script and portray their country as defending themselves from the evil invading Americans? I'm thinking more in the fictional realm because that's where the real offensiveness comes in to play but I'd be interesting in the historical films as well. via /r/movies https://ift.tt/3uimvDc
