I finally saw this one a couple of days ago and mostly watched it because of the film's main idea (Good guys vs Nazi Zombies). But then came the parachute drop scene. I don't want to give any spoilers here, so I'll just say it was visually well done and fairly intense. The overall feel/effect of the scene was pretty similar to the "drop scene" from Edge of Tomorrow. No zombies... but pretty good all by itself.Same thing went for the rest of the movie. They could have gone with the basic mission and left the Zombie story elements out. All the good stuff is still there.Fight scenesRecon scenesContrasting attitudes/personalities/priorities between the members of the groupOverlord isn't exactly the Zombie version of Saving Private Ryan. But it's almost as good as some other WWII movies from the last 10 or 20 years. Plus it's got Zombies. If it was on TV, I'd watch it again. via /r/movies https://ift.tt/2RJJVmS

» Even without the Zombie angle, Overlord was a pretty decent WWII action movie.
