Watched my first classic western: The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly

Wow.As the title states, the only "westerns" I have ever seen are Tarantino films and Bone Tomahawk. I never really thought I would enjoy the infamous "slow burn" westerns are revered for but with the stay-at-home orders I figured what the hell and give one of these films a shot.My goodness, why I have I not seen this movie sooner. Shortest three hours of my life. A journey across a war-torn west with the promise of unimaginable riches on the other side. A classic story that was beautifully told, shot, and scored. I got goosebumps every time that iconic music began to play. And of course, that unbelievably tense stand-off scene at the very end had me gripping my seat. I haven't enjoyed watching a film like that in a while. Excited to explore more. via /r/movies https://ift.tt/2yEed0M
