So, perfect example was tonight - we watched Avengers: Infinity War. He would not stop talking about this stupid superhero movie so I finally decided to give in and watch it with him just so he'd be happy.We watch the movie, full start to finish. I didn't want to be rude so I tried my best to give it my full attention, no phones.Movie finishes, and I couldn't care less about it. There was way too much going on, I didn't care about any of the dozens of characters, and I was bored with the nonstop CGI action. I didn't want to make a scene though, so I just told my husband "that was a good movie" and hoped he would drop it.He would NOT stop pressing me about the plot, asking me what I liked and disliked, what I thought of the acting, my comments on the cinematography, whether or not I thought the score was appropriate.He won't shut the fuck up about this movie for 12-year-olds. How do I cope??Update: He locked me outside of the house and started saying that I didn't know real cinema and he is ashamed to watch a movie with me again unless I discuss the cinematography.
