It is a absolute travesty that The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo (David Fincher version) didn't receive proper sequels.

I just rewatched this the other night with my girlfriend. It may be my favorite Fincher film. I just don't know how this movie didn't garner enough attention to demand sequels by original cast and crew. I have not yet seen the Swedish (I think) versions, but I now am going to since there seems to be no hope of David Fincher versions. via /r/movies https://ift.tt/3iGbdmZ
