I watched Guns Akimbo today and loved it. It’s a straight forward action movie, in the vein of Hardcore Harry or Fury Road. Basically Daniel is an office drone “Miles” who trolls others online for entertainment. When he starts to troll commenters on an online death match site, he gets “enlisted” to fight the current undefeated leader, Nix (Samara Weaving), leading to Radcliffe winding up with guns literally bolted to his hands.Samara Weaving is amazing as Nix, in both dialogue, costume, and action. Daniel does a great job dealing with a ridiculous situation, he didn’t want. Honestly, it’s a theme that’s been done before, but I really enjoyed this one.On a side note, I really enjoy Radcliffe’s weirder projects. Swiss Army Man was great, Horns was certainly unique, and Miracle Workers is a little known treat (season 1 was better though). Any have any other suggestions? via /r/movies https://ift.tt/2DjihWj
