Harris who played the role of Moriarty in the sequel Game of Shadows. However I'm pretty sure he wasn't yet cast in the 2009 movie. In the 2009 movie Moriarty is just a shadowy figure who had a grizzly evil voice prior to the casting of Harris but I'm watching it on HBO Max and now his voice sounds like Harris I swear this never used to be the case.
