Most Wes Anderson films rub me the wrong way--I clearly have a different sense of humor than him, and the style just seems laboriously quirky. But Rushmore is just magical cinema, one of the best coming-of-age movies ever made. IMO, he's never come close to matching it.Has anyone else had a similar experiences with a director? via /r/movies https://ift.tt/3cUEuJd
