Just started watching this film with my 8 year old daughter (I saw it many years ago as a kid), and I've got to say it is such a great movie - we had to stop after 25 minutes, but from what I've seen so far, it is a great classic theme with strong themesJust some of the themes - like death of the father (adopted), love for his mother (adopted) how does superman deal with his powers, his attraction to Lois, the humour, such a great movie and to be honest so much better that the most recent superman movies.I think probably the special effects are a little dated, but the story and narrative as well as the cinematography really makes up for this..anyway what are your thoughts on this classic film? via /r/movies https://ift.tt/3eiPsY4
