With so many movies release being cancelled over corona virus this March it made me realized that the invisible man got really lucky. The original release date for the invisible man was March and had it kept the original release date the showings would’ve cancelled. However the movie was literally release at the nick of time in late February literally 2 days before March. Compare that to Onward which was release a week after and did poorly at the box office thanks to corona virus fear. Not to mention the invisible man was released a week when it had no competition. The movie now just made over a $100 million in the box office against a 7 million dollar budget. That’s extremely profitable via /r/movies https://ift.tt/39PWTTW
