One of the best comic book film villains of all time is Jude Law as Harlen Maguire in "Road To Perdition" and no one ever talks about it.

He is so vile. From the way he rolls the quarter through his fingers, to his pale skin and calm demeanor. Not to mention the fact that *SPOILERS* he kills the "good guy"/ main character at the end.
