So I re watched that ending scene recently and I could not stop smiling. Indiana coming to terms with the death of Elsa but being with his father and friends. Indiana's father consoling him from the events that have just taken place and Indiana accepting the loss of Elsa and the grail before ultimately mounting his horse. The build up of the heroes getting ready to take off and Indiana's father taking the piss and messing about when he brings up childhood memories and the dog.Indiana finally taking off, galloping away through the Petra canyon and the music. Perfectly timed.The fucking music is probably the best thing about the whole scene. The triumphant music that resonates as the 4 heroes take off to the sunset and the iconic, satisfying and comforting music. Such a perfect scene.Such a cheesy ending, but in every good way possible with no cringe at all. Rewatch it and I challenge you not to smile. via /r/movies https://ift.tt/3aOBWsX
