At the end of Home Alone, Harry (Joe Pesci) has Kevin pinned up against a door; Marv at his side. It looks like curtains for poor Kevin. But this is a family film, so obviously he'll be fine. And sure enough, just when you think he's done for, the shovel guy smashes them both and knocks them out cold.But here's what's always bothered me. This line:"First thing I'm gonna do is to bite off every one of these little fingers, one by one."He actually has Kevin's finger near his mouth before he gets hit, and I think we all gloss over this too easily. What we all fail to realize is - if the shovel guy didn't come - Harry was going to bite off all of 8 year old Kevin's fingers.
