For me, it haves to be around the end of the scene where Gina shoots Tony (Scarface). Not exactly the whole scene is what makes it unintentionally hilarious. At 2:33, some guy just starts shooting with his machine gun and the way his face looks in this scene is just hysterical and the actor clearly was having a lot of fun doing that shit. When Tony grabs him, he takes out the silliest grunt and then starts screaming in a way that feels like a parody when Tony throws him off the balcony to the pool. Then, when we see him in the pool, it is clearly a dummy floating in a very peculiar position that he isn't supposed to be when he fell and died. Then, Tony starts shooting him with the guy's own machine gun and starts screaming something that sounds like: "Gay! Gay!".
