This is opinion based, what is considered "good" is purely subjective. It can be an actor who is either living or passed. Great actors sometimes perform in films which are lacking for reasons beyond their control, be it poor writing, poor directing, or poor acting among the other lead or supporting cast members. I am still trying to come up with one.
