I saw this movie when it first came out, and it's only gotten better. Let's be real- this year has been awful. We all need a genuine, naive, goofiness and optimism. That is the Muppets movie.Most of the songs are very catchy, there's lots of bright, bouncy colors, and meta humor that the adults can laugh at. I'm biased because I love Jason Segel, and he wrote the movie. But honestly it seems like the opposite of an ego trip because his character takes a backseat for most of the movie. There are a few big dance numbers. There's a ton of cameos (Donald Glover??? Sarah Silverman???) But more than that, it works as an ode to creativity, performance, and theatre. This movie is so optimistic and happy, I think it's what we all need right now, I garauntee you'll find something to like. We all need something to like rn. via /r/movies https://ift.tt/37fJpSy
