Walked into Richard Jewell expecting another ‘Clint Eastwood movie’, and I finished it in tears.

I do not like Clint Eastwood’s latest films. Jersey Boys, American Sniper and The Mule all felt pretty tasteless and bland.Richard Jewell, while it does have some problems with its storytelling and “villain” characters, was a real treat from an acting standpoint. Can someone give Sam Rockwell another Oscar? I thought he was much better than Brad Pit was in Once upon a time in Hollywood.Kathy Bates was fantastic as well. You can really tell she is a mother who loves her son.Paul Walter Hauser never really got the chance to shine, and it’s not because he wasn’t as great of an actor (he did the best that anyone could do). The role didn’t have that much “meat” to it, so his character never stood out like the rest of the cast.I really loved this movie. via /r/movies https://ift.tt/3gGO0iZ
