The math here is simple: 13 miles/30 minutes compared to 27.8 miles per hour. That's a little over twice the distance in twice the time, therefore it can be assumed that in 30 minutes, a person going at Bolt's top speed without stopping would run 13 miles, as Cap did.I love how they used Usain Bolts speed as a template for Steve Rogers.
