For me, it's Falling Down. The movie is basically a visual tour of the city and Michael Douglas' character sees all sides of it. The run down areas, the wealthy affluent suburbs, the beach cities, the gang bangers, the traffic, the police, the Korean store owners, the burger joints, the wealthy suit types, the swap meets, the gun violence, the homeless.
