This is one of the few live-action Disney films that actually did something new with the world. It is also one of the most peaceful and beautifully shot films I have seen. Now the main criticisms for it were that the story was VERY familiar and it just kinda came and went. I totally understand where people are coming from that it's very familiar or even cliche, I agree as well. But the film makes up for that with gorgeous cinematography, magical soundtrack, heartfelt characters, and a good sense of humor. It's one of those smell the rose type films. Reddit would give Paddington 2 that crown, for me I think it's Christopher Robin. I wish this film got more attention because it made only around 170 million in the BO. While Lion King has around 1.5 billion and it was mediocre at best (at least in my opinion). via /r/movies https://ift.tt/2ZTa2tV
