What are some films that were just too weird or offbeat to get strong reviews but are still worth seeing?

I'm thinking of films like Under the Silver Lake (2018), Under the Skin (2014), Enemy (2014), Joe Versus the Volcano (1990), Society (1989)I can totally understand why a lot of these wouldn't land with everyone (or even most people), but I also think they're all legitimately interesting creations and worth seeing if that's reason enough for you to check out a movie. So, what's a "weird little movie" that you'd recommend? Why do you think it failed to land with general audiences and why does it land with you? Did you "get it" when nobody else did or did you just enjoy the ride? via /r/movies https://ift.tt/2yEBjRq
