Nacho Libre is fantastic

I watched it again recently for the first time in a while and it's such an underrated comedy. I know the reception to it when it was first released was just ok, but i think it's really held up well over time and will continue to be seen as a cult classic in the future, which is what it deserves. Just a few things I really like about it:-Doesn't rely on a lot of swearing or adult jokes to be funny, and it's something an 8 year old could probably enjoy just as much as an adult-Jack Black kills it, his performance is completely outlandish and ridiculous and I love it. His facial expressions and delivery kill me-The secondary characters, especially Esqueleto, are great-The setting and story feel totally unique and whimsical-Jared Hess does a great job at directing, the film takes a very laid back approach and never feels like it's rushing to get anywhere, but it never drags, and there's some really nice shots throughout, and the colors and glossy aesthetic are really vibrant-The music is a lot of fun and adds another element of uniqueness and enjoyment to the movieIt's just a really fun, funny, unique, and comforting movie to throw on any time. I'll conclude by saying GET THAT CORN OUTTA MY FACE! via /r/movies https://ift.tt/2KnS2xO
