Toni Collette gives an Oscar-worthy performance in EVERY movie she's in, but especially deserved to win her Best Supporting nom for The Sixth Sense (1999). For all the talk of that film's horror/ending, its finest scene is the emotional mother/son bonding in the car. Collette is sublime.
