Before it was a fun and creative way of setting up a zomcom. Now it hits way too close to home with the sense of growing dread from January/February of 2020, when things were going worse and worse but it was still sort of in the background or waived off by a lot of people. On this rewatch it was incredibly unsettling, which it’s never been for me before.
