Richard Linklater's "dazed and confused" wasn't the huge box office hit it was suppose to be due to poor promotion by universal. However, it's now a huge success in rental, cable, dvd purchases and events based on the movie showing. alright, alright, alright.

After watching dazed and confused again for the 100th time, I still enjoy how well the cast portrayed high school life in the 70s. It is refreshing to see that everybody got along as friends. The jocks, pot heads, nerds and even freshmen and seniors all ended up at the same party at the end of the day.It was also great to see where a lot of big actors of today started out. Ben Affleck, Matthew McC, Parker Posey and Cole Hauser to name a few. Plus a lot of those same actors worked together again in many other films. The movie school ties had Affleck and Hauser together or the movie boiler room had Affleck and Nicky Kat together. I think even the movie mall rats had Affleck and Joey Adams together.The point Iam trying to make is dazed and confused is an iconic fantastic movie with an amazing talented cast that made the movie rock!! via /r/movies https://ift.tt/2WROZYH
