In a movie full of phenomenal performances, it is somewhat strange for me to think that Wahlberg's role as Dignam was perhaps the most memorable. He's so blunt and and over the top that he basically steals every scene he is in. It's really enjoyable to watch.It helps that there was some tremendous dialogue written for him. Particular favourites include the mother and father scene exchange with Baldwin and "I'm the guy who does his job. You must be the other guy."I've never really been in on Wahlberg overall. I think the only other movie of his that I like is the Other Guys (where he plays another tough nosed cop although to a radically different degree). via /r/movies https://ift.tt/3tk0KmP
