Doctor Sleep was a brilliant movie that deserved better.

I was recently rewatching Doctor Sleep and wow wow wow. I remember going by myself on a Wednesday because no one wanted to watch an almost three hour loose sequel to The Shining. However, Mike Flanagan truly delivers! The scares are superb but also the human, emotional part doesn’t miss a beat and makes the movie easy to sit through.Not only that but Rebecca Ferguson and Jacob Tremblay just eat up every single scene they’re in and the rest of the casts is pretty solid as well. The film barely made enough money to break even but reviews were awesome. Not even horror fans embraced this but I must say Doctor Sleep was one of my top films of that year. via /r/movies https://ift.tt/38QvvX2
