So I just started rewatching this film for the first time in a few years and the lake stabbing scene just happened.Fuck, that scene is brutal.The close up shots on the victims faces, the sound design of the stabs, the camera not cutting away so you see every plunge of the knife, and the actresses scream in horror and pain as she's being stabbed.Fuck, man. I had to pause the film and take a break, it was just horrible (it's a really well done scene, but horrible to watch).(edit: spelling) via /r/movies https://ift.tt/3qnMO8C
