Michael Mann's 'The Insider' is a damn masterpiece and I can't believe I slept on it for so long. What are your favorite newspaper thrillers and legal dramas?

During the pandemic, I've been trying my best to fill the gaps I have in some of my favorite filmmakers. At the same time, the stress of the pandemic has me falling back on comfort watches and for me, that means law/news movies. Movies where an underdog reporter or scrappy lawyer bring down systemic injustices or unravel widespread conspiracies.'The Insider' turned out to be both. In fact, I think this is maybe Mann's best movie, though I haven't seen 'Heat' in a few years, and a top tier newsman movie. Any recommendations of similar movies I might have missed?
