Blade Runner 2049 is art.

I felt like I was watching a cinematic marvel unfold in my eyes. Denis Villeneuve created more of a companion piece more than your typical sequel. Like the original Blade Runner, 2049 explores themes such as Environmental Decay and a future whose fictional distance from present reality has grown sharply smaller to reality. It contains all the pawprints of the original while forming it's own identity. It's cinematography looks like a modern Tarkovsky or Kubrick work with a neo-noir style. It's better than the original imo. via /r/movies https://ift.tt/2WK6W8b
