What's that movie with the simplest idea but brilliantly executed?


Every time I watch Rear Window I think "Damn, this is such a simple idea that I wish I'd thought of that, because the basic subject is really simple". If you think about it's just an injured bored man looking at other windows, but then the execution of the plot is a masterpiece.
