I've always thought John Malcovich's Russian accent in Rounders was terrible for such a good actor. Oddly enough they had him reprise it for Billions. Also, it was a TV performance but Dennis Hopper in the first season of 24 was rough too. I know someone like Kevin Costner had a horrible accent for Robin Hood but I've never really considered him a "good" actor.
