The main reason Sing Street is so overshadowed is because of La La Land coming out in the same year, 2016. This makes me really upset, even as someone who adores La La Land with all my heart.This is because I recently watched Sing Street and it was so wholesome and wonderful. The music is fantastic and totally rocks and the romance was so cute. As well as this, this film surprised me in how deep the themes were. This film tackles abuse and family issue and a lot of characters are given so much more depth than I expected.Sing Street should be talked about more and deserves all the praise it gets. I highly recommend anyone to check it out, it uplifted my mood while nearly bringing me to tears at several times. I loved it and am so glad I checked it out. via /r/movies https://ift.tt/2UHC8nS
