Since the shutdown this sub has become an outlet for people. Everyone and their mother is posting and I think it's great. The front page is filled with discussion critiquing classics, looking for recommendations and discussion of movies that may have been dismissed as either mainstream or run of the mill.As much as I miss seeing new trailers and posts linking to industry stalwarts on the latest casting and production news, I love seeing and taking part in the kind of discussion my friends and I would have after smoking a bowl or two and watching a movie. My favorite question after watching a film? "What was your favorite part?"This part of the pandemic is my favorite part. This part of /r/movies . via /r/movies https://ift.tt/2X7FKjL

» I love how the shutdown of the film industry has let this sub become what I always hoped it could be.
