It seems weird because to a lot of kids that werent brought up on a Disney diet, there were the animated Warner Bros. cartoons like Freakazoid, Tiny Toons, Animaniacs, Pinky and the Brain, Beetlejuice, Tazmania, Sylvester and Tweety, The Powerpuff Girls, etc. etc.However, their Warner Bros Animation studios has been either pumping out garbage like Storks and Smallfoot where Zendaya is Meechee or Lego Movies. And not like The Lego Movie is bad, but Disney capitalizes on all their animated projects, while Warner Bros has this vast back catalog of interesting stuff, that was presented by Steven Speilberg no less, that has never even been mentioned by WB as potential stuff to bring back potentially in movie form.I mean they really could make a great Freakazoid animated movie (probably wouldn't be able to get away with Leonard Maltin jokes currently) or an Animaniacs movie as well that would play wide. via /r/movies https://ift.tt/34otn5o
