This movie is so off the wall bonkers insane. Cuba Gooding Jr. plays a referee who screwed up a call and is then kidnapped by a taxi driver and then subsequently steals a tour bus full of I Love Lucy cosplayers, Jon Lovitz steals Hitler's fucking car and then crashes said car into a WW2 veterans convention and proceeds to do the best Adolf Hitler impression I have ever seen, Whoopi Goldberg and her daughter BREAK THE GODDAMN LAND SPEED RECORD BY STEALING A ROCKET CAR, Seth Green and his brother destroy a radio tower at McCarran International and then later have a chase sequence where Seth Green is hanging from a hot air balloon and his brother is riding on the hood of a Cadillac (they somehow survive this), Mr. Bean and a medical transport driver manage to feed a heart transplant to a dog (after which the driver decides to murder Mr. Bean to replace the one they just lost), and it ends with them giving 2 million dollars away at a fucking Smash Mouth concert.
