I just finally got around to seeing us, and let me tell you. That movie was a masterpiece from start to finish. Lupita, IMO, had her best role to date as both Adelaide and (especially) Red.Red gave me absolute chills; from the moment she introduced herself and the other tethered to the end where she and Adelaide have a showdown at the end, everything about that performance was golden.Even as Adelaide she was the standout performer.IMO, I have my fingers crossed that she earns recognition for this role.
