Hailee Steinfeld was seriously good in The Edge of Seventeen (2016).

Her pain, anger, anxiety, depression, sadness and happiness. I honestly felt all that in her. I thought Steinfeld was just incredible in it and nailed her every scene perfectly. After watching this movie, in my honest opinion, Steinfeld just need to get her Oscar someday. She is a young actress and can to act. It's her best performance so far, and yes, better than her performance in True Grit which was nominated.And to note, this movie is clear 10/10. It's what 'Lady bird' wanted to be.
