I know when you adapt a book to a film there will be some "modifications" but some films completely miss the point of the source material. My contribution is "I am Legend." At no point in the theatrical version does the title's meaning get explained. It is the entire point of the book of a human becoming the feared stalker of normal (ie vampires) people.It still angers me to this day. via /r/movies https://ift.tt/2EIQ5KW
