Kind of tinfoil-ish but I find it hard to believe the Academy Awards consider Best Costume or Best Sound Editing to be more worthy to air than Best Cinematography or Film Editing.Disney owns ABC, which airs the Oscars telecast. Is it so far-fetched to think they don't want anyone to miss one of their own films winning an award?Even the decision to keep Animated Short over Live Action Short in the telecast falls in Disney's favor, as Pixar's Bao is a nominee in the former category.I'd love for someone to grill the Academy leadership over their decision-making with all of this. The Oscars have been getting worse and worse every year, but this just feels dirty. via /r/movies http://bit.ly/2GzXzkK
