Are there any movies where the protagonist dies mid-way ?

I had this kind of a wierd question but bear with me lolLike are there any movies where the portagonist dies mid-way during the film and then another character becomes the protagonist ?I am not talking about like an ensemble cast like the Avengers. where there are more than one protagoinsts.
