The first time I watched this was on Netflix when it was just getting started. Back when Netflix didn’t own a lot so they had some really random shit.I just watched it again recently and it’s still just as enjoyable. I don’t know why, but watching the battle unfold from space, and being able to visualize the methods of attack used really puts it into perspective. Also, the visuals are awesome. It makes you feel like you’re one of the leaders of the world planning strategic attacks. My buddies and I used to play axis and allies and this doc nails that feeling.I’m just fan-boying over great editing tricks that allow my mind to “get it”.Have any of you watched this? And if so what’s your opinion?I wasn’t really into history until I came across this doc and I enjoyed it so much I’ve delved into so many random aspects of history. I wish they did more documentaries like this.If you’re not into it, my bad.Link to the doc via /r/movies https://ift.tt/3jTmPV0
