'About Time' is a masterpiece about life, despite its Sci-Fi roots. In my humble opinion, it's the best Romantic Comedy ever made.

Richard Curtis did an amazing job directing. The score and soundtrack are incredible. The lead and support actors/actresses portray their characters almost flawlessly. The awkwardness Domhnall Gleeson portrays while trying to flirt, verses his adoration and love while in a committed relationship is fantastic and feels realistic to my story.Bill Nighy's humor juxtaposed with his serious scenes as a father and grandfather are top notch acting, and portray the fast paced changes of life that can come out of nowhere so well. But above all else, the story does a better job relaying the truths of love, romance, courtship, grief, and daily life than any other movie I've ever seen. General Storyline Spoilers:My favorite part of the movie is the fact that it doesn't end at the kiss, or at the wedding, but continues beyond that.Spoilers for specific details:The Wedding of the main characters happens in the middle of the movie and afterwards we get to see them living life in love as husband and wife. When Tim's (Domhnall Gleeson) father dies and Tim must grieve the loss of his father and best friend, I can't help but cry. And during Tim's final narration while he drops his daughter off at school, I long for a simple and extraordinary life like he has. It's beautiful. Go watch it. via /r/movies https://ift.tt/3yAxIBn
