Alien was everything a horror movie should be, it was scary and suspenseful, so James Cameron had his work cut out for him, and IMO he delivered and made a film just as good as the first film, but for different reasons.The first thing thats so great about Aliens is its characters, they all have just enough screen time for us to care about them, something many action/horror movies usually struggle to do, its just a testament to Camerons directing skills that he makes us care about all of the characters.Sigourney Weaver herself is also fantastic, she was nominated for an oscar for her performance in this movie, which was well deserved, she really gave her all in her performance.Aliens is really one of the best action and sequel movies ever, made the characters are great, the pacing is tight, and as said earlier Sigourney Weaver is amazing, IMO this is one of James Cameron's best films. via /r/movies https://ift.tt/36VzOji
