I am just about finishing the Studio Ghibli movies and have heard about Hayao Miyazaki's fondness for western architecture and aeroplanes and contraptions. What I really enjoyed was this sense of calm it brought when you saw the places where the characters live. May that be European style cities or Japanese Houses or even Tokyo in the films.I know of Wes Anderson's works and his minute details in his shots e.g. Moonrise Kingdom or The Budapest Hotel.I am on the lookout for movies that really invoke this sense of comfort even if stories may not need to be captivating.Would love to either like to get movies recommended or directors who might have such methodologies in their work. via /r/movies https://ift.tt/3lcaA5l
