Is there a major plot point or ending that still befuddles you?

When I saw a frozen 2 with my kids I thought the voice calling Elsa was confusing. What was it exactly? I've read fan theories but none satisfied me completely.When I watched Into the Unknown: Making Frozen 2 Documentary I realized that the writers didn't know what the voice was half way through production.Are there major moments or endings that still don't feel fleshed out for you?
