I was rewatching Christopher Nolan's Batman trilogy again recently and noticed that they completely removed the Art deco aesthetic and instead just had regular big city look to it in the sequels.I don't really understand the choice for this as I found it fit well with the darker tone of the movies and like with Batman's fight against Ra's Al Ghul in the first one I think it would have really enhanced some of the chase and fight scenes against The Joker and Bane. via /r/movies https://ift.tt/33w6rTY
