Crawl is a surprisingly excellent modern monster movie

I finally got around to watching Crawl the other day. I really wish I'd seen this in theaters, it deserved to make more money. A very effective monster flick that even managed to work in a moving father-daughter story without getting too schmaltzy or detracting from the thrills. And yes, I know alligators aren't 'monsters' but I still think this is an honorary monster movie, the gators are legit pretty terrifying and the movie doesn't shy away from some brutal kills, it's got some great old-school carnage. via /r/movies https://ift.tt/340dGDH
