What is the funniest, unintentional thing you’ve seen happen to a background actor in a film?

I remember watching Hard Ball with Keanu Reeves a long time ago and there is a brief scene near the end where his baseball team takes the field. Real quick wide shot. But in it, one of the players randomly gets hit in the stomach with a fly ball.
